We have our Italian hand-cast range – Crafond or our range from the Spanish company – Castey along with a range of others. Also available to purchase direct with us are a range of utensils and kitchenware, you will see that there is a link to our blog, which has a variety of recipes for all occasions (and pans!). Please note that when selecting your pan as a rule our measurements are from the inside rim to inside tim NOT the base .

Crafond pans are made of high quality cast aluminum and finished in a durable triple ceramic coating, completely PTFE and PFOA free, so absolutely no pollutants.

The diamond cut bottom ensures a perfectly flat bottom and excellent heat conduction.

Castey

CASTEY products are made using efficient, long-lasting and recyclable materials which do not cause any damaging effects to your health or the environment, either during the production process or when used in your home.

Brava

Each Brava pan comes with a beautiful wooden detachable handle so that you have a cool handle to put in and out of the oven.
Lids are included with each pan and are provided with a Black Bakelite steam knob on top.
